Protection Plan
Standard Protection
Every Ergo Sky chair includes 1-year protection at no extra cost.
You can also buy an optional Extended Protection Plan to extend total coverage to 3 or 6 years from the original purchase date.
Extended Protection Coverage
With an active, approved Extended Protection Plan, these are covered at no extra cost:
- Replacement parts
- Shipping for approved protection claims
There are no deductibles on covered claims.
Coverage Period
- Standard protection lasts 1 year from the original purchase date.
- An Extended Protection Plan extends total coverage to 3 or 6 years.
- Extended coverage starts as soon as the standard 1-year period ends.
Covered Components
Coverage applies to manufacturing defects in:
- Massage motors and massage mechanisms
- Heating system
- Electrical and control components
- Chair frame and structural components
Exclusions (Not Covered)
Protection does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or external impact
- Misuse, abuse, or improper assembly
- Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Issues caused by improper use or neglect
- Issues that existed before protection began
Claims Process
- Submit claims online or by phone with your original order number.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
- All claims are reviewed before approval.
- Approval times vary depending on how long the issue takes to verify.
Repair, Replacement, or Refund
If a covered issue can’t be fixed, Ergo Sky may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace it with a comparable model
- Issue a refund up to the original purchase price
Replacements will match the original’s value and function as closely as possible.
Eligibility & Limitations
- Extended Protection Plans must be purchased at checkout or within 30 days of delivery.
- Coverage applies only to the original purchaser.
- Protection plans are non-transferable.
- Coverage applies only to products bought from Ergo Sky or authorized sellers.

- Protection benefits apply only to approved claims.
- Ergo Sky may inspect, repair, or replace a product before approving a claim.
- These terms may be updated without prior notice.
