Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty

All Ergo Sky chairs include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty at no additional cost.

Optional 2-year and 5-year extended warranty plans are available to extend the total warranty coverage period.

Extended Warranty Coverage

Under an active and approved extended warranty, eligible repairs are covered at no additional cost, including:

  • Replacement parts

  • Labor

  • Shipping for approved warranty claims

There are no deductibles for covered claims.

Coverage Period

  • Extended warranty coverage begins after the 30-day return period

  • Coverage remains valid for the duration of the selected plan

  • Total coverage duration includes the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty

Covered Components

Coverage applies to manufacturing defects in the following components:

  • Massage motors and mechanisms

  • Heating system

  • Electrical and control components

  • Chair frame and structural components

Exclusions (Not Covered)

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or external impact

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper assembly

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Pre-existing conditions or issues reported before coverage

Claims Process

  • Claims must be submitted online or by phone using the original order number

  • All claims are subject to review and approval

  • Approval timelines may vary based on issue verification

  • Proof of purchase may be required

Repair, Replacement, or Refund

If a covered issue cannot be repaired:

  • Ergo Sky may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the chair

  • Replacement models will be of comparable value and functionality

  • Refunds, if issued, are limited to the original chair purchase price

Eligibility & Limitations

  • Extended warranties must be purchased at checkout or within 30 days of purchase

  • Coverage applies only to the original purchaser

  • Extended warranties are non-transferable

  • Coverage applies only to products purchased from ErgoSky or authorized sellers

Important Notes

  • Extended warranties are optional

  • Warranty benefits apply only to approved claims

  • Ergo Sky reserves the right to inspect, repair, or replace products before claim approval
