Standard Warranty

All Ergo Sky chairs include a complimentary 1-year warranty at no additional cost.

Customers may also purchase an optional Extended Warranty Plan to extend total product coverage to 3 & 6 years from the original purchase date.

Extended Warranty Coverage

Under an active and approved Extended Warranty Plan, eligible parts are covered at no additional cost, including the following:

• Replacement parts
  
• Shipping for approved Warranty claims

There are no deductibles for covered claims.

Coverage Period

• The standard Warranty plan is active for 1 year from the original purchase date
• The Extended Warranty Plan extends total product coverage to 3 & 6 years
• Extended warranty coverage begins immediately after the standard 1-year coverage period ends.

Covered Components

Coverage applies to manufacturing defects affecting the following components:

• Massage motors and massage mechanisms
• Heating system
• Electrical and control components
• Chair frame and structural components

Exclusions (Not Covered)

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage or external impact
• Misuse, abuse, or improper assembly
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Issues caused by improper use or neglect
• Pre-existing issues reported before Warranty activation
  

Claims Process

• Claims must be submitted online or by phone using the original order number
• Proof of purchase may be required
• All claims are subject to review and approval
• Approval timelines may vary depending on issue verification

Repair, Replacement, or Refund

If a covered issue cannot be repaired, Ergo Sky may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product with a comparable model
• Issue a refund up to the original purchase price

Replacement products will be of similar value and functionality whenever possible.

Eligibility & Limitations

• Extended Warranty must be purchased at checkout or within 30 days of delivery
• Coverage applies only to the original purchaser
• Warranty Plans are non-transferable
• Coverage applies only to products purchased from Ergo Sky or authorized sellers

• Extended Warranty Plans are optional
• Warranty benefits apply only to approved claims
• Ergo Sky reserves the right to inspect, repair, or replace products before claim approval
• Coverage terms may be updated without prior notice
