30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, regardless of whether it is defective or non-defective.
Returns Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@myergosky.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Get Authorization: Our team will review the request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), and detailed instructions on how to ship the chair back to us.

Ship the Chair: Securely repackage the chair in its original box with all parts and paperwork included.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
- Defective or Damaged Chairs: If your chair arrives broken, damaged, or with missing parts, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost and cover all return shipping fees. Please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos so we can assist you.
- Non-Quality Issues: For returns based on reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., change of mind, dislike of color, the chair not being suitable for individual needs), a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and the customer is responsible for return shipment.
General Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the chair must be:

For quality-related returns, clear photo or video evidence of the defect must be provided.
Returns Not Accepted: We cannot accept returns for chairs that show signs of use or damage that were not present upon delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your chair, please email us first to guide you through the process.
